French speaking Customer Relations & Sales Associate
The Role
You will have responsibility for:
* Providing excellent customer service; acting as the first point of contact into the business to respond to and convert enquiries generated from direct marketing
* Following up leads, delivering product demos, and demonstrating value to customers to achieve sales conversion targets
* Ensuring a high level of satisfaction with the overall customer experience; providing daily support and engaging content to grow our subscribed customer base
* Capture and track feedback from customers in line with agreed processes to ensure products and customer experience are developed in line with demand
* Create marketing content and collaborate with staff in other departments to share ideas and define new strategies
* Explore new partnerships with third parties with the aim of increasing the visibility of our brand across different channels and audiences
* Support the accounts payable department to minimise delay in payment
About You
You will have:
* Native-level written and spoken language skills in French. Good written and spoken level in English with the ability to translate and converse at business level
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Demonstrable experience in a customer facing role (and preferably sales lead conversion)
* Demonstrable experience in a sales and marketing role (and preferably direct marketing experience)
* Ability to take initiative to solve problems, and take responsibility for own workload
* Strong customer mindset - confidence to engage customers over all channels including the phone
* Ability to develop a clear understanding of customer behaviour and needs
* Initiative to work independently and as part of a team
* Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Previous experience gained within a French business, and knowledge of company accounts and business structure would be beneficial.
The company is based in Stockton-on-Tees (UK), but we may consider remote candidates
