Working as a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for both customers and clients, offering advice and guidance on any issues or queries.
Discussing agreements and payments, you will also be trained to offer support on any technical questions, whilst also responding to online chat requests.
The individual:
* You will have gained previous call centre / high volume incoming call experience (you will be required to handle 40-80 calls)
* A professional and confident communicator
* Be enthusiastic and self-motivated
These positions will require onsite training for two weeks, before returning to remote working, until the office is full reopened.
