We are currently recruiting for an exciting Customer Services Assistant role based in Corby, the position will allow you to develop your career in a unique field and benefit from learning & developing your experience within a fast-paced sales administration department. The role will come with varied duties & responsibilities, benefiting from working in close proximity to the senior management team and learning all aspects of the business. Key Areas of Responsibility:
Office Administration
* Handling both the incoming and outgoing post / email enquiries
* Greeting visitors and fielding incoming calls
* Taking customer orders accurately and in a timely fashion
* Dealing with sales enquiries in a timely fashion
* Working closely with the team to ensure tenders and quotations are completed quickly and more importantly accurately
* Good MS Applications ability including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; also the ability to turn your hand to bespoke internal systems
Personal profile:
* Good organisational skills
* Enjoy working on different projects with various clients and keep all plates juggling
* Attention to detail
* Keen to learn and develop skills
* Good time keeper
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Professional and self-motivated
