With over 25 years of experience t2 group has grown to become the largest specialist provider of Apprenticeships to the Health and Social Care Sector. We work with thousands of employers across the UK, so working with us provides significant job security as well as excellent career progression opportunities.
We are looking to recruit dedicated individuals who want to make a difference and have a passion for training and quality. Over the last 18 months we have developed our curriculums extensively in line with the Ofsted EIF, have implemented a full digital enrolment process and are currently implementing new digital reviews to complement our wide range of on-line learning resources.
The Role
As a Personal Development Manager (Assessor) you will be responsible for ensuring a caseload of Apprenticeship learners achieve their Health and Social Care qualifications at Level 2 and Level 3 or Level 5 depending on your occupational competence.
You will deliver progressive teaching, learning and assessment visits with every learner on your caseload every month using coaching techniques combined with experiential learning to drive sustained changes in their knowledge, skills and behaviour. (Don't worry if these techniques are new to you, full training will be provided).
You will follow a detailed curriculum approach for each qualification and support, motivate and encourage your learners to achieve their qualifications.
You will have a clear set of KPI's and will manage your own diary to ensure you achieve these.
You will work with an average caseload of 55 Learners usually within a 40 - 50-mile radius of your home.
If this is of interest and you fit with our Mission, Brand Promise and Values below as well as having the experience, skills and competencies and qualifications required, then we would really like to hear from you. Our recruitment process begins with a simple telephone interview to ensure you have a full understanding of the role and a feel for us as a business.
