Job Title: Business Administration Apprentice
Location: Staplehurst, Kent
Salary: GBP4.30 per hour
Full time, Monday-Friday 30-37.5 hours per week
Our client based in Staplehurst is looking to recruit a Business Administration Apprentice, to assist departments with their day to day administration tasks to include telephone work, photocopying, emailing and collation of documents.
Responsibilities
An interesting and varied role to conclude:
Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing post
Greeting visitors to the offices
Typing emails, letters and reports
Answering incoming calls, taking messages and following through when required
Photocopying
Filing
Diary coordination
Proactively assisting with the smooth running of the officeDesired skills
IT Skills to include competent typing skills
Personal qualities
Keen to learn
Flexible approach to tasks
Have an interest in law
Desired qualifications
GCSE English and Math - minimum grade 4 / C (or equivalent)
Prospects
Potential to progress into a permanent position after successful completion of the apprenticeship programme
