Our client is a GP Practice with a GOOD CQC rating and a friendly, inclusive environment. Well run with an established team, this is a great opportunity to join a practice group operating across three sites. This is a full time (37 hours a week) role, however a part time jobshare would be considered.
The practice group has a large team offering a wide range of services and a flexible working schedule. Spread across three sites, the group team have regular meetings to ensure everyone is aware of the group's priorities, the team has developed new and innovative ways of working to meet the requirements of the current climate. They operate out of purpose built practices so everything is set up to deliver the best service for their 23,000 patients and the best working environment for staff.
The successful candidate (or candidates if more than one person is hired to deliver the 5 day requirement) will be a team player, with excellent communication skills, and have a 'can-do attitude' to work. They will also be qualified in some or all of the following:
- Wound care.
- Smears.
- Child Immunisations.
- Diabetic Reviews.
- Asthma Reviews.
- COPD Reviews.
and be fully competent in general treatment room duties.
The practice is offering a competitive wage, dependent on skills and experience. A Band 5 or 6 Practice Nurse can expect to earn up GBP38,000 pro rata, depending on experience.
