The position: Secondary Teaching Assistant

Salary: Earn GBP60-65 per day
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming Bath secondary school, hiring confident staff to join their Learning Support Base. Students have settled back in after the school closures and Easter break. Wellbeing and learning support are more vital than ever. There are both flexible and full-time roles available, providing the opportunity to gain experience and training.

The ideal candidate:

Will -

Have a passion for education and supporting students' learning
Be a strong communicator, liaising progress with staff and parents
Have a patient approach and a desire to help
Be sensitive and empathetic of students' wellbeing
Must -

Having experience working with KS3/4 children and SEN (not necessarily in a classroom) is desirable
The right to work within the UK and the ability to provide two references from your most recent employers
All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid child workforce Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
