Customer Care Coordinator
My client is looking for a customer care coordinator for a head office based role based in Nottingham. This is a part time position working 10.00am -14.00pm working days are Monday to Friday.
This would suit someone who has property or new homes experience as you will the main point of contact for customers queries.
Duties
* Dealing with customer queries
* Escalating anything urgent .i.e repairs
* Using an internal CRM system / must be I.T literate
* Confident on the telephone
* Managing a central mail box
* Various admin duties
This is a Temp to perm position
