Our client a global company based in Herefordshire is currently seeking a dynamic, motivated SALES ADMINISTRATOR to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic team, they are looking for a strong team player, with outstanding communication and customer service skills, together with excellent IT skills, who wants to join a company that promotes loyalty and career progression.

Key responsibilities:

* Support the Sales team with general operations to help towards sales objectives.

* Answer telephone / email enquires in a polite and timely manner

* Communicate with customers and potential stakeholders via phone and email.

* Assist with queries and handle complaints diplomatically

* Attract potential customers by answering product and service queries.

* Processing customer quotes, sales orders and pro forma invoices using Sage 200, operating in liaison with the sales and accounts teams.

* Assisting in booking accommodation for the sales team

* Assisting with the arrangement of conferences and exhibitions, as necessary.

key skills required:

* Strong communication skills both written and verbal

* Outstanding customer service skills

* Excellent IT skills,

* Numerate - knowledge of using SAGE 200 would be an advantage but is not essential.

* Strong attention to detail

* A team player

* Ability to work independently
