We are partnering with a growing company in Mansfield who have a number of openings in their IT Helpdesk for 1st line Support Analysts.

As an IT Helpdesk Analyst you will be part of a busy servicedesk, working in a thriving and fast-paced environment.

Customer service is key so you must be happy to provide a high level of service whilst providing technical support.

Although joining at a 1st line level, this is a big business with endless possibilities to develop into various teams including; projects, networking, infrastructure, data and development.

The Helpdesk Analyst will have experience and skills in:

* Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP

* MS Office applications

* Cisco networking

* Windows Server

* SQL Server

* Taking ownership of support tickets

* Supporting the project team with software/hardware implementations

* Writing and updating technical documentation
