The Job:
We are delighted to be working with our client again who we have just recruited an Administrator for, as they are looking for an additional member of their team. Again this will be on a full time and permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity working for a unique organisation and a small and friendly business. Your role will be to undertake all administration associated with taking bookings, updating CRMS, invoicing, diary management and undertake social media and marketing activities to promote the business, so it is an incredibly varied role, where you are really making a difference to the business and its success.
Responsibilities within this role will include:
Answering the telephone, taking messages and booking in customers
Administration connected to enquiries and bookings
General day-to-day admin, including overseeing office IT, filing, maintaining stationery, stock-taking and organisation of merchandise, overseeing and maintaining systems, invoicing and co-ordinating payroll for accountant
Typing letters, enquiries, bookings and dealing with mail, correspondence and e-mails.
All administrative support connected to flights; liaising with external sites and clients, organising and maintaining admin systems for vehicles, fuel, gas, balloons, insurance, maps, pilots and crew.
Preparation and dispatch of brochures, gift packs and merchandise.
General Admin support to Clive and Jo as required.
Responsible for enquiries and bookings via the website and social media
Over-seeing and preparing financial information
Organising, implementing and monitoring marketing plan and social media marketing strategy, writing blogs and updating social media
The Person:
For this role our client is seeking someone with administration experience. In addition to this you will have fantastic people skills and be able to communicate with customers and clients and be superbly organised with fantastic attention to detail. At this is a smaller company, there a lot of different tasks to complete, so if you are looking for a support role with variety and have excellent organisational skills, this is a fantastic opportunity.

The Hours:
40 hours per week: Monday-Fridays 9.00 am - 5.30 pm with ?? hour lunch break, plus several Saturdays per month 10.00 am-3.00 pm from April to October-these are paid in addition to salary at GBP11 per hour.
