ASSISTANT PROPERTY SALES MANAGER - LINCOLNSHIRE - GROWING HOLIDAY PARK GROUP - GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR DEVELOPMENT - GBP30,000 + COMMISSION

We have a new opportunity available for an experienced Sales professional looking who is looking to move into a managerial position or for a Sales Manager looking to join a developing and fast growing park.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing group within the Holiday Park sector who run a number of premium style venues, with properties ranging from GBP50,000 and over GBP250,000.

The site has a strong customer bank, with a number of regular enquiries coming into the business. In this position you will:

* Work closely with the Sales Manager and deputise for them in their absence

* Manage your own portfolio of property sales

* Train and develop Sales Executives and Sales Assistants

* Ensure all sales are fully compliant

* Complete hand-over requirements, ensuring properties are in immaculate condition for passing onto the customer

* Work closely with the Park Management, highlighting any areas of concern

* Resolve any issues relating to the sales process

* Ensure that company standards are fully implemented across the team

This is a fantastic time to work within this sector, we are looking for someone who understands the sales process, from on-boarding customers, providing support, guidance and recommendations through to closing the sale. Ideally you will have:

* Knowledge of sales processes and techniques

* An understanding of the leisure / hospitality market

* Gained some leadership experience and can demonstrate areas where you have led and managed teams

* Close attention to detail

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

* Gained some marketing experience
