The Job:

We have a superb opportunity working for our centrally based client for a Recruitment Account Manager. This is supporting their clients with white collar temporary and permanent roles. This role will be recruiting for their existing clients but continuing to build relatonships with new and existing clients along the way. . This is a super opportunity for someone looking to move away from a KPI driven 360 role and working internally in a sector which has grown massively and is set to continue its growth . You will be supported by a Personnel Co-ordinator who focusses on the candidate side and an administrator too and your role will be to liaise with the client to match and fill vacancies. Due to their international client base, it's important you also have a foducs on tax and compliance not only in the UK but other countries too. Clients are based in the UK, Europe and internationally and so once restriction allow, there will be some travelling within the UK, Europe and further afield, this will be to attend events and exhibitions and meet with clients. In addition to this you will be involved in short listing, evaluating and developing direct employees on a variety of levels, documenting personnel contracts, business contracts and client visit reports.

The Person:

For this role our client is looking for an experienced Recruiter who ideally has gained this experience in a technical recruitment role . It's a superb recruitment opportunity for someone who is looking to step away from the 360 recruiting role There will be business development within this role but it's about building long-term relationships with connections in their industry. It's important you have experience of searching for candidates, via databases, social media and recruitment websites. In addition to this they are looking for a positive, can-do person with lots of enthusiasm to do a great job. GBPexcellent salary plus a two month year end bonus
