Quality Environment Safety & Health Chemist

Water Treatment Products Ltd is one of the leading water treatment companies in the UK. Established in 1999, we formulate, supply and manufacture speciality chemicals for a wide range of companies. We are seeking a Chemist/QUENSH Manager.

This is an ideal opportunity for a time served QUENSH Manager with experience of working in a chemical manufacturing environment, with attention to detail.


  • Duties will include working in areas such as Quality Control, Health and Safety, ISO Accreditation, Risk Assessments and with COSHH Assessments.
  • You will ensure product quality is maintained to the highest standard and report all findings clearly and precisely.
  • Overseas shipment paperwork.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • You will be educated to graduate level BSc / GRIC or a similar part time equivalent.
  • Additional qualifications and experience in Health and Safety, ISO 9001 quality assurance standards would be a positive benefit in this role.
  • You will be a clear communicator able to work closely with the manufacturing and technical teams.
  • Proficient in office systems e.g., Word, Excel and Sage.
  • Self-motivated and have the ability to handle a range of tasks and get things done right the first time.
  • Ideally DGSA qualified; IOSH/NEBOSH.
