What do we expect in return?
* Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years residential childcare experience.
* The successful candidate must be empathic, child cantered and a positive role model.
* We expect you to provide the highest levels of care to our children.
* It is essential that you hold a full driving license and are at least 21 years of age.
* You must have a good standard of education and hold a Diploma Level 3 in Caring for Children & Young People (or SCW equivalent).
* Successful candidates will have to meet the person specification in order to be offered this post and will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
