Social Worker - Family Intervention Team
Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a permanent role for a Social Worker to work full-time based in Redbridge, within the Family Intervention Team.
The salary for this permanent Social Worker job is GBP40,751 - GBP45,869 per annum.
Duties:
Work innovatively with hard to reach, vulnerable young people who are exposed to Gang affiliation/knife crime Child Sexual Exploitation as well as those young people who are missing frequently
Work creatively with young people who are faced with multitude levels of risks that arise from outside of the context of their family life
Implement bespoke intervention to make positive changes in a child's life
Requirements of the Social Worker:
Degree or equivalent in social work
Current Social Work England registration
Significant senior level frontline experience within Children's Services
Enjoys working 1:1 with young people and their families in understanding their difficulties
Able to work with commissioned partners, to implement bespoke intervention to make positive changes in a child's life
