We are looking to add a third team member to our small but busy Human Resources team on a permanent contract.
You will need to work across the full range of generalist HR activities but will have a specific focus on supporting our learning and development plans.
The main purpose of the job is to:
- Lead on implementing our learning and development plan that supports the delivery of our strategy and objectives.
- Support and deliver on attraction, recruitment and retention processes for our workforce.
- To work, as part of a small HR team, to provide a comprehensive HR service to managers and staff across the organisation.
We are looking for someone who can work through the medium of Welsh.
We are a bilingual organisation and support and encourage our staff to develop their Welsh language skills in a welcoming environment.
If you haven’t had an opportunity to use your Welsh language skills for a while and are feeling a little unsure, be reassured that you will be given all the help and support you need to boost your confidence and brush up on your skills.
Though we have offices based in Cardiff and St Asaph, we are currently supporting all our staff to work from home. We anticipate this will continue for the immediate future while we consider moving to a more hybrid way of working.
We will advise you on the outcome of your application on or after 10 May, and we are planning to conduct interviews for shortlisted candidates on the 18 and 21 May.
Interviews are currently being held remotely through Zoom, and we will offer you an opportunity to test this out beforehand if you are unfamiliar with it.
