About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a HR & Payroll Administrator to join an enthusiastic team supporting the HR department in our Central Services sector with the UK's number one testing, inspection and compliance company.
Client focused and quality driven, we are a leading provider of Testing, Inspection and Compliance services. Now we need a HR Administrator to join our Shared Services team to help provide a full range of HR services across SOCOTEC UK Limited.
Your challenge will include:
- Providing an administrative service to the Business within the Shared Service agreed SLA times
- Processing new starter, contract changes and leaver requests accurately
- Being a first point of escalation for line managers, employees and third parties to resolve HR process queries
- Working closely with the in-house Payroll team, inputting onto the payroll system at peak times throughout the month
We're looking for a professional, dynamic and motivated individual with the ability to work alone and as part of a team.
Communicative, organised, flexible and committed and you must have a can-do attitude. You must also have:
- Demonstrative experience of working within an administrative environment
- The ability to work at pace whilst maintaining accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills, be a logical thinker with an adaptive approach
- PC skills are essential; experience of working competently with MS Word and Excel
- Experience of working with Payroll is desirable
