Accounts Administrator - Exeter - GBP12ph

Exeter Pertemps are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator on behalf of a busy construction company who are currently going through expansion.

Weekly duties for this role will include dealing with the following:
Bank reconciliations
Credit card reconciliations
CIS returns
CITB levy
Fleet insurance
Insurance - Employer & Liability
Month End Accounts
Payroll (Staff Monthly Wages)
Sub-Contractors weekly wages & Monthly payment statements
Processing supplier invoices
Processing supplier payments
VAT Returns
Verifying Sub-Contractors
Year end accounts
The Successful Applicant needs:
Office administration experience
A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
You will need excellent interpersonal administration and organisational skills.
Confident using CRM systems
Excellent attention to details
Self-discipline in the workplace
Confidence to work outside of their comfort zone
Drive and passion to achieve and help our business grow

Working hours are 32 hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 09:00 - 17:00, however due to the nature of our business the successful applicant will be expected to work flexible hours to fulfil the duties of your position as and when required.
