Architect / Senior Architect
We are currently recruiting for a multi-disciplinary practice based in the heart of Exeter who is on the lookout for an Architect and Senior Architect/Associate to join their growing team.
This RIBA practice is independently run, has now 4 offices in the county with locations in Exeter, Bristol, Plymouth, and London. They are a real success story, having grown their team to 45 staff whilst still having their fundamental business ethos.
They are not commercially focused, more about the design and quality of work they produce, whilst maintaining their client relationships. Over the last couple of years, they have won several regional and national architectural awards and continue to be nominated for more!
As a practice, they are known for being experts in architecture, master planning, urban design, and landscape architecture. Each project is unique and comes always with a design-focused approach to it.
They are currently recruiting for two Architects to join them. Either at an Architect or Senior Architect/Associate level.
I am looking for Architects with strong residential design experience and the ability to use AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Photoshop. You will be joining a team where you will be running projects from start to finish and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
The salary for this position ranges from GBP35,000 to GBP45,000 depending on previous experience.
The Role/Candidate: - Architect/Senior Architect/Associate Architect
* Ability to use AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Photoshop.
* Manage projects from inception through to completion.
* Work with independent clients, local developers and national plc housebuilders
* Competent in the design, delivery of projects - independently
* Manage and delegate junior staff members!
* Projects delivered to a high design standard.
* Day - day dealing with projects, liaising with clients etc
* Live within a commutable area to Exeter
