Assystem is recruiting for an experienced Business Administrator to support our customer's office in Devonport on an initial contract basis with the possibility of going permanent.
This role will play a key part in ensuring site safety and compliance whilst supporting other areas of the business.
Role Details:
Job title: Business Administrator
Hourly rate: Competitive
Location: Devonport, Plymouth
Contract length: 6 months initally
Hours: 37 hours per week with flexible hours
Contract type: PAYE via Umbrella
What we are looking for in applications:
Previous experience working in a similar business support role is essential
Experience working in a nuclear/defence environment would be highly desirable
Good numerical and communication skills, both written and verbal
Expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Ability to prioritise own work and put in place actions to accomplish urgent new tasks
Ability to identify and implement improvements to methods or procedures
Willing to take on additional tasks/responsibilities outside of this role to enhance skills and knowledge
