They have proven to be extremely robust and resilient and looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join their B2C team. As a leader in their field and international clients this is an opportunity to take full ownership of the role and be an integral part to the company's future.

About the opportunity

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you'll be working across the full B2C membership lifecycle, looking to create campaigns that convert, engage and retain the companies audience through various digital channels but with a strong emphasis on Content, SEO, Paid Ads (PPC, Display, FB Ads), Social Media, CRO and Email.

Responsibilities

* Take ownership of the Marketing Plan ensure the strategy is delivered on time and to an exceptional standard.

* Run the monthly testing strategy, managing the implementation with the team and utilising tech such as Adobe Analytics and Google analytics to report back with results.

* Manage and mentor a small team as well as having direct management over a number of agencies (PPC, SEO and Website Development) to enable achievement of growth targets.

* As it's a small team, you'll be both strategic and hands-on so you'll need to be able to wear both hats depending on the challenge.

About you

* A good understanding and hands on experience of the digital marketing mix (particularly in these areas - SEO, PPC, Content, CRO and Social). You don't need to be an expert in all, but you should be an expert in some.

* You're confident with numbers and able to tell a story from the insights you find. You're as equally adept in Excel as you are in Adobe/Google Analytics.

* Demonstrable experience of running successful projects from inception to delivery (with numbers to prove its impact).

* Previous experience of managing and mentoring a small team.

* Great campaign planning, management, and reporting skills.

* Excellent time management and organisational skills/ability to work to tight deadlines.

* Previous experience managing external agencies.

* Excellent reporting and presentation skills.

* B2C Marketing experience preferred.
