Type - Permanent Full-Time
Salary GBP31,137 to GBP32,800 (under review)
The Assistant Project Sponsor will work in support of Project Sponsors delivering the day-to-day management of construction projects and property management tasks within specific areas of the Police Service of Northern Ireland Estate. Working under the direction of Project Sponsors, they will be given the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise. Specific interest areas include Security Infrastructure, Health and Safety, Custody Facilities, Major Works, Asset Management, and Maintenance and Minor Works. The role holder must have a degree or equivalent in an estate related construction discipline, or a construction related HNC/HND qualification or equivalent, plus 3 years' relevant experience. The role holder must also be able to evidence their knowledge and basic experience of working on construction projects.
