Food Shift Manager - Days
4 on 4 off shift pattern
Based near Stansted Airport
GBP41-45,000 + benefits
THE COMPANY: A successful food business with a number of branded food products require a talented shift manager with the potential to progress. You will be part of a dynamic, forward thinking team, striving to deliver first class products and service.
We want candidates who can demonstrate success as a shift manager, including motivating and managing the shift supervisors and indirectly their teams. Setting KPIs and contributing to improved efficiency and production on site. You will work closely with planning to set production targets and have regular liaison with engineering and technical support. You will have a safety first attitude and high level of hygiene and end of shift management.
ABOUT YOU: You will have previous experience in immediate line management responsibility for a food production line or the entire production workforce. A brilliant relationship builder is critical.
* Possess a BTEC HNC/HND or degree in food science/technology, process engineering, business/management and or/transport/distribution/logistics.
* We will consider candidates who have progressed from production operatives
