A fabulous client of ours based in Cambridge is recruiting for a Part Time Secretary to join their busy growing team. This is a permanent part time position working a Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 8.30am - 5.00pm. This equates to a 22.5 hour working week paying GBP11.00 - GBP13.00 per hour dependant on experience.
The main duties of the Part Time Secretary will include but are not limited to:
Answering & directing telephone calls
Diary management via Outlook Calendar
Typing general correspondence to include condition survey reports & invoices
Updating our Project Management system - Add clients/contacts & new projects
Meet & greet provide refreshments/supervision of meeting room
General administration duties
Overview:
To provide a professional service to complement the Admin team in order to ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.
Key Skills & Experience required to be considered for this role:
Excellent Typing Skills - Your responsibilities will largely be made up of typing up important documentations, so strong typing skills is a must.
An excellent telephone manner
Previous Admin and Secretarial experience
Well organised
Good interpersonal skills
Fully Experience in Microsoft Office
