Business Administrator - Recruitment

Summary: Growing business seeks awesome, experienced business administrator to help them tighten up business processes and free up the leadership team to grow the business further!
Package: GBP20k - GBP24k + bonus, flexible hours (full time or part time considered)
Location: Nottingham (50% remote working possible)

Rebel began 6 years ago as a tech recruitment company committed to the highest ethical values in how we treat our candidates, employers and team mates. We've grown, built an awesome team and faced the usual business challenges along the way, including developing processes for finance, business operations and sales administration. We're busier than ever and want to grow the business and continue to be an brilliant place to work and, importantly, to ensure we have the slickest and most suitable business processes in place to allow us to achieve this!

However, the leadership team want to spend more time doing what they do best (recruitment!) and to not get bogged down in business admin, so we now need a super-talented, organised and experienced individual to join us and take a lead when it comes to managing our internal admin processes and proactively looking for ways to improve them!

There's a lot of admin jobs out there, but the great thing about this one is that you'll have real responsibility and will be a high profile person with the team, with your views and abilities truly valued. The role will involve elements of office management, finance admin, sales admin and helping the leadership team create robust, repeatable processes within the business.

You won't be alone; we do already have a junior administrator and apprentice to support you, and part of your role would be to mentor them and to work together as a team to ensure consistent support is offered across the whole business.

You will need at least 3 years' experience in a busy, multi-faceted admin role, and will need to have knowledge of credit control, front office admin support, creating policies and procedures, managing back office projects and supplier management. Any experience of marketing would be super useful (for help creating material from time to time), though not essential.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working largely autonomously and is great at proactively figuring out what the business and team needs - we don't micromanage here, we hire exceptional people who take initiative to help the business (and their own career) grow!

The role can be offered on a part-time or full time basis, we are open minded. However, for a full time role we would probably need someone with additional marketing/customer engagement skills to take on additional work.

Whilst the role will be fully remote until the end of Covid restrictions, we would expect someone to be in our office in Nottingham City Centre (parking available) at least 50% of the time post-lockdown.

On offer is a basic salary between GBP20k - GBP24k (pro rata if part-time) + bonus, 22 days holiday (rising to 25) and flexible hours. If you would like to consider the role on a part-time basis please apply anyway, as we are considering all options!

A covering note explaining why you'd be a great fit for the role is preferred along with your CV, and this way you'll be guaranteed personal reply
