We are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent to join one of our clients based in Norwich.
We are looking for confident and tenacious individuals who are able to think quickly and have the ability to problem solve...
To work as part of a team supporting a wide verity of account management this is a Full Time position working hours are between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Please note this position is to start ASAP.

Job Description
Taking calls from customers inputting customer details and dealing with any enquiries
Running credit checks on customers
Scanning documents and uploading files
email correspondence
liaison with internal staff members
Data entry onto the in-house database
Call handling and customer service on a substantial level
Processing customer device orders
Person Specification
Good customer service skills
Accurate data entry skills and good attention to detail
Aptitude to learn new skills as you will be trained on the job
Good MS Office skills including a strong knowledge of excel
Office based experience would be a preference
