Customer Care Co-Ordinator - New Build Housing

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

GBP20,000 - GBP22,000 Salary Per Annum - DOE


Currently recruiting for a Customer Care Co-ordinator to join UK wide house builders for a 12 Month fixed term contract. The purpose of this role is to ensure that the customer journey is at the forefront on every call, that defects are raised accurately and scheduled appropriately.

Main Duties:

Take calls directly from residents or clients regarding maintenance and defects
Prioritise by urgency, trade, and location to ensure the most efficient use of resources
Chase operatives/sub-contractors and manage defect resolution
To liaise with customers, client and operatives ensuring they are fully informed of any operational changes required in order to complete the requested defect
To promote good working relationships with your colleagues and the company's clients and suppliers
Ensure correct internal and external distribution of correspondence
To be professional, courteous and punctual in all dealings with customers and our external partners.
Ensure all remedial works are monitored and that all relevant work is completed to the required standard within the agreed timescales.
Providing Administrative support to Customer Care team

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in Customer Service and Administration Roles
Competent in MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Dealing with Telephone enquiries
Flexible and adaptable
