We are currently seeking a creative and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to join a growing, family-run SME based in Speke, Liverpool. Working alongside the senior leadership team, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for all B2B and B2B2C brand development, collateral, and campaign activity, as well as helping to oversee the re-design and build of the website to enable the development of a significant ecommerce arm.

Key duties and responsibilities...

* Creating and delivering strategic marketing campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness and increase turnover.

* Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.

* Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and regularly reporting findings to the senior leadership team.

* Creating significant photographic and video content for online and off-line material.

* Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites, brochures, and all other sales assets.

* Heading up projects to generate brand awareness.

* Plan and manage exhibits.

* Negotiating & Manage relationships with other creative/digital agencies.

* Create and deliver a digital marketing strategy covering social media, web content etc.

* To manage the promotion and positioning in the digital space, specifically on website, social media & publication websites

* Updating and upholding brand guidelines across all touch points in the company - from packaging of products, price lists, samples, merchandising, and all communications.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes and qualifications...

* Experience overseeing the creation of a broad range of digital and traditional marketing materials, working with both in-house and external resource, and ideally some basic abilities with Adobe design software, Microsoft 365, and web development.

* Research driven, strategic thinker; commercially focussed, well versed in the creation of multi-channel marketing plans for both B2B and B2C audiences.

* Proven experience of delivering ROI via Ability Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid social channels and a strong use of Google Analytics.

* Demonstrable knowledge of SEO, SEM and improving website visibility.

* Strong creative writing skills and impeccable grammar along with attention to detail and accuracy.

* Excellent time management and task management skills.

* Proven track record of success in building a growing brand.

Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
