Divisional Pricing Coordinator

We are currently looking to recruit a Divisional Pricing Coordinator to act as a divisional resource to support our branches and external sales team by providing support in the creation and maintenance of customer quotations and terms. The post holder will be expected to collate and price project requirements, ensuring consistency and accuracy of prices given. Regular liaison with our sales team to ascertain requirements and to gain feedback on quotations issued to collect market intelligence and to ensure market appropriate prices are being issued. the role is based in our Bedford branch.

What does the role involve?
As a Divisional Pricing Coordinator, you will work closely with the external sales team receiving, reviewing and actioning pricing and quotation enquiries, and creating and maintaining terms for customers and for projects that have been secured. You will make commercially aware suggestions and recommendations to optimise margin - i.e., cross-selling, up-selling and value engineering opportunities and support best practice in all aspects of pricing through working with the senior management and commercial teams across SIG & wider UK operation where required
The successful candidate will require:
• In-depth product knowledge of at least one SIGD Brand
• Knowledge of K8, MS Office applications, SIGD Pricing Calculator and Sales Force - training can be provided
• Commercially astute
• Strong relationship management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong planning & organisational skills
This role can be based in any of the Northern region SIGD branches and are happy to consider full-time/ part-time / job share options.
