Located in Sale, Trafford, we are currently working alongside a established manufacturing firm who due to internal changes are now looking to appoint a French and Spanish Speaking Customer Support Advisor.

Purpose if the role:

* To support proactively & reactively the French and Spanish sales department and to be the crucial link between the company and the French and Spanish customers

* To deal with any enquiries and needs from existing & new customers and to deal with administration of sales.

Below you will find a break down of the main duties and responsibiliteis within this role:

* Providing help and advice to customers on products and services

* Organising the production and dispatch of items

* Communicating with customers by telephone and e-mail

* Processing orders accurately on to a computerised system and sending out order acknowledgements

* Collating all paperwork in preparation for invoicing

* Generating costsheets and sending quotes to customers

* Support the marketing activity via blog and mailer translation

* Liaising with freight companies

* Investigating and solving customers' problems

* Handling customer complaints

* Making accompanied sales calls

* Providing help and advice to customers using Company products and services

* Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face

* Handling customer complaints
