I am working with an established business who have seen growth and success in the last 2 years. You will be working within a team who share team values, you will be the Finance go to person, so an ambitious AAT would suit.

We are seeking a Part Time Accounts Assistant to start on a temporary basis with a view to a permanent position. Working closely with the senior management and back office support team you will;

Take responsibility for the Purchase and Sales Ledger

Matching invoices and Purchase Orders

Reconciliation of supplier invoices

Cash Receipts

Provide copy invoices

Process customer orders and payments

You will take ownership of employee holiday record

Time and attendance management

The successful candidate will have;

Experience in a Finance related position

Strong attention to detail

Able to identify opportunities to improve processes

Customer focused

Able to assist in all areas of the business and team, outside of finance

Strong team player

The successful applicant will be working 25 hours per week, with some flexibility to cover other areas in cases of sickness or holiday cover. You will have experience of using accounting systems and strong MS Excel knowledge is desirable.
