Employee Relations Advisor

Zachary Daniels are looking for an ER Advisor for a leading retailer. They are looking for someone who will promote a positive ER culture by ensuring that colleagues are treated fairly and consistently, and in line with the company policies, whilst minimising risks to the business.

Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve employee relations enquiries and cases
Provide ER advise to the business
Interpreting and explaining HR policies to the wider business
Attending tribunals as and when requiredTo carry out this role you must be an ER specialist with at least 2 years' experience in this field. You must have the ability to manage and resolve low level and complex ER cases.

This role will involve significant travel so a driving licence is essential.

Salary up to GBP30,000 + car allowance.
