Recruitment Manager

Full-time, 37 hrs p/wk. | Temporary until end of August 2021 | £23,231-£24,801 per annum

We are seeking a temporary Recruitment Manager who will:

• Support the College in identifying and resolving staffing requirements for the academic year. 
• work as a business partner across the organisation to resolve staffing needs
• work with and advise the Head of Human Resources and Head of Finance
• take accountability for obtaining, and understanding staffing demands, forecasting and staffing budgets across the College
• work alongside the College managers ensuring that the recruitment process is thorough and timely
• develop and implement strategies to attract the best people to the business
• focus on direct hire placements and reduce agency spend
• drive large recruitment projects, and process reviews.
