Spare Parts Sales Administrator



GBP18,500 per annum

Monday- Friday 8:30am - 5pm

This is an excellent opportunity to join a Telford based manufacturing organisation on a permanent basis in an administrative role within their spare parts department. The purpose of the role is to assist your clients with their orders and handle any queries that they might have. The role will require you to research parts and with training you will need to start to learn about the products and some of the repairs processes. This is an office-based role but you will be required to go into production and logistics areas as part of the role.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Dealing with customer orders and enquiries by phone and email

* Trying to gain part numbers by researching technical drawings and product guides

* Recommending additional service parts where required

* Looking into stock reports to see availability of parts

* Inputting and processing customer orders on to the system

* Assisting with any issues a client might be having with lost or damaged goods and ordering replacements

* Speaking with Engineers and internal teams to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible

To be considered for the role you will have a professional telephone manner and be able to communicate effectively throughout other divisions within the company. The ideal candidate will have similar Customer Services / Order Processing experience and will be enthusiastic to learn. You will have excellent attention to detail and be flexible to support other departments during busy periods.
