At Lindab, we simplify construction because it is in human nature to build. By simplifying in every stage, we make it easier to build sustainably. We develop products with the environment in mind. We invent solutions that meet the demands for comfort, simplicity and energy efficiency. We do this so that you can continue building with a clear conscience – not just today, but also tomorrow.

We have an opportunity for an organised and conscientious Sales Coordinator to deliver a high level of service to customers. Organised and professional, you will provide exceptional support, processing customers’ orders and managing related queries. You will be a confident communicator and will liaise with colleagues and customers in relation to orders, stock and delivery requirements. You will assist with pricing and quotes, proactively handling queries and identifying sales opportunities to promote our services and products.

Customer-focused with experience in a similar role, you will have great attention to detail and ensure accuracy at all times. You will thrive in a busy environment and will be quick to maximise potential sales whilst maintaining strong customer service skills.  Proactive and approachable, you will be IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages (Excel, Word and Outlook) and will ensure that the necessary information is recorded accurately onto our systems. You will be able to juggle a variety of tasks simultaneously and adapt to any sudden changes in the priorities, organising your own workload and working to our policies and procedures. You will be educated to NVQ 2 in Business Administration / Customer Service or equivalent with excellent communication skills, confidently communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
