Customer Care Assistant
We are currently looking for a confident Customer Service Assistant to join a busy manufacturing company within their Customer Service Team. On a day-to-day basis you will be providing support to new and existing clients and will ensure that any enquiries that you are unable to assist with are passed on to the relevent person within the team. To be considered for this role you will need to have previous office-based Customer Service experience and great communication skills.
Start: ASAP
Location: Outskirts of Thetford - due to the location of the client you will need to drive and have a car
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Hourly Rate: GBP9 - GBP10 an hour
Duration: 4 - 6 weeks with a possible extension
Duties:
* First point of contact for all after sales enquiries
* Responding positively to customer enquiries
* Taking telephone calls and replying to emails
* Liaising with production and engineers
* Dealing with any warranty requests
* Raising materials lists
* Liaising with stores and factory
* Confirming engineer appointments by phone and email
* Carrying general administration duties
Skills and Experience:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* IT literate - Microsoft office
* Excellent telephone manner
* Customer serviced focused
* Ability to deal with enquiries in a professional manner
* Team player and ability to work alone when required
