They have an exceptiojnal opportunity and are looking to recruit an experienced, dynamic and driven Guest Service Manager with Duty Management responsibilities to join their management team. We are looking for individuals with personality who are passionate and someone who has the ability to inspire and develop their team to delight our client's guests.
The main areas of accountability for this job are:
This is a multi-skilled role incorporating the running of the Front of House Operations and Food and Beverage departments in line with the business demands and acting as a Duty Manager for the resort. You will ensure that guests' have a smooth stay at the resort and ensure compaints and queries are dealt with efficiently. As well as influencing the customer service culture, you will also be expected to meet its quantitative and qualitative targets. You will be expected to convey the resort image and atmosphere through exemplary attitude, offering a warm and friendly welcome. You will also be expected to lead and develop your team to deliver excellence across the resort.
