Our client (a leading international organization) is looking for an Accounts Payable /Finance assistant to join their motivated, personable and dynamic team on a temporary/contract basis. The role of Accounts Payable/Finance Assistant will process invoices and payments, in a timely manner, for a number of exciting businesses across the globe.
Meeting tight deadlines and managing a large work flow are key elements of the role, while working alongside colleagues to share best practice and knowledge.
There will be a substantial volume of telephone and email contact required to resolve accounts payable queries, so we need candidates that are comfortable and proactive in dealing with queries in a timely and approachable manner. Candidates will also be comfortable in processing large numbers of invoices.
About you:
You may have experience working in Accounts Payable and are looking for a new challenge or you may be interested in a developing a career in accounts payable and currently working within a financial environment (ie: as a Finance Assistant).
You will be confident and proactive in resolving queries and keen to work as part of team.
You will enjoy working at a fast pace. Due to Covid 19 the team are currently working at home. In a post covid environment there is the flexibility for this individual to work from home for part/ all of the working week
