Job Title: Process Operator
Responsible To: Shift Manager
Overview:
We are currently recruiting for Process Operators to work at Swish Building Products based in Tamworth, continental shift pattern, rotating shifts.This is a physical role and does involve some aspects of heavy lifting.
Key Responsibilities:
Packing and banding production as required by the manufacturing plan
Monitoring quality inspecting, measuring and recording
Changing / replenishing polyfilm as required
Accurate completion of paperwork
Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping
Contributing effectively to your team
Additional duties when required: -
Completing size changes
Moving stillages through the tunnel
Assisting with run ups removing waste.
Any other tasks you have the time, ability, and it is safe to do
