CUSTOMER SERVICE - INBOUND / OUTBOUND
Would you like to work within a team which offers on-going career support and progression as well as a fun and focused environment?
We are looking for a proactive and experienced contact centre / call centre advisor to join a friendly and professional contact centre team in their customer service department of their multi-faceted global operation.
The company offers full on-site training on the in-house bookings system as well as the outbound / inbound call handling dialer system, plus full brand coaching and mentoring with the team leaders and supervisors. Reliable, flexible, pro-active, high-level listening skills, articulate, patient and professional: These are the kind of candidates we need to fulfil this current recruitment campaign and we have a number of positions available!
Previous experience might include: Recruitment, Outsourcing, Hairdresser, Retail, Retentions, Cabin Crew, Finance, Sales, Leisure, Travel Agent, Lettings, Estate Agent, Memberships, Automotive, Motor, Insurance, Banking, Customer Service. Also but not limited to: Students, Graduates, Actor, Actress, Surveys, Fund Raising, Telecoms, Hospitality, Campaigning.
