We are looking for a proactive and experienced contact centre / call centre advisor to join a friendly and professional contact centre team in their customer service department of their multi-faceted global operation.
The company offers full on-site training on the in-house bookings system as well as the outbound / inbound call handling dialer system, plus full brand coaching and mentoring with the team leaders and supervisors.
