Role Specification:
* Full end to end management of the recruitment cycle (permanent recruitment)
* Provide a consultative approach to manage existing client relationships and cross sell services offered by Smart10
* Constantly assess how Smart10 can add additional value to our clients
* Seek new business opportunities through proactive development
* Ensure that high levels of customer service (to both clients and candidates) are always achieved
* Develop a detailed knowledge of the nature and culture of all our client's businesses
* Work closely with colleagues to achieve the objectives/targets of the office
* Maintain regular contact with candidates to continually assess their needs, establish their availability, and actively seek suitable work for them
Person Specification:
You will have experience ideally in a sales, marketing or customer facing environment and be passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be pro-active, forward thinking with strong consultative client relationship skills.
