Senior Lettings Negotiator required for high performing estate agents in Guildford.

Basic + OTE GBP35-45k company car or car allowance

Job Description:

Exploring any opportunity internally and externally to generate new valuation leads
Inspect and value properties for lettings opportunities
Build rapport with current and new landlords and look at ways to expand the current portfolio
Explore opportunities with buy to let investors to build client base and new opportunities.
Taking new properties on to the market
Ensuring legal compliance.
Managing a database of applicants including registration to arranging the move-in process.
Building rapport with landlords and applicants
Lettings progression for any move-ins arranged
Using the database, internal & external resources to generate new business opportunities
Upsell additional services and management levels
Assisting in rent arrear chasing
Manage & negotiate renewal tenancies with view to upsell services
Working together within a proactive team environment to maximise all business opportunities
Assisting in daily running of the office.
