Service Controller
Permanent vacancy - Service Controller/Admin
Location - Dyce, Aberdeen
Salary - GBP27,000 - GBP30,000 plus excellent benefits package
Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30
Friday 08:00 to 15:30.
Our client based in Dyce, Aberdeen are looking to recruit a Service Controller to join their team. This role will be predominantly office based and due to location it maybe best to have your own transport.

The role will include, but not be limited to the following duties:
* Allocating engineers to client contracts
* Planning of service, maintenance and branch contract work orders for the Aberdeen branch; along with resourcing support for the wider business
* Managing and allocate engineering resource in a fast paced environment
* Effective communication with customers on service and maintenance provisions
* Oversee planning and completion of maintenance contracts in line with budgets
* Liaise with Service Manager on preparation of service, maintenance and quotes
* Carry out weekly invoicing of completed works
* Reviewing of service, maintenance and spares to ensure that budgets and margins are met (training will be provided)
* Assisting with Key account maintenance contracts Providing excellent customer service to clients at all times
Skills and Experience
* Ability to prioritise a varied workload in a 24/7 industry
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and alone
* Multitask and work in a fast paced environment Good geographical knowledge of the region
* Customer service and admin experience
There will be a structured training plan for the successful candidate to support them in their new role.
