Project Quantity Surveyor

GBP5 Million re clad scheme on an existing PRS/student accommodation building which the work will primarily consist of the full removal and replacement of the existing external cladding, removal of plasterboard walls, removal of combustible insulation and the full replacement and installation of new non-combustible insulation and plasterboard walls. Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible from the inception of the project which the primary duties will involve the procurement for the full compliment of subcontract packages, subcontract management, CVR's, subcontract payments, re measurements and final accounts.
Previous experience working on PRS, student accommodation or occupied high rise residential schemes would be preferable and a distinct advantage
