Synchro are working with an industry leading and well-known software house based in Tamworth. This organisations software product is highly reputable and used by well known, large organisations across the UK.
We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to work as part of an existing support team who are responsible for supporting customer issues as well as internal support issues. You will be familiar with building client relationships and have an excellent telephone manner. Providing support via email, telephone and remotely, this role requires a cool head in a busy and fast paced working environment.
You will be an experienced 1st Line IT / Technical support analyst with a wide and varied technical skillset to include experience of; Microsoft Windows (XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
What we are looking for:
An experienced IT / Technical Support Analyst.
Experience of providing excellent customer service.
Strong IT skills including experience of Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A clear and confident telephone manner, with experience of providing excellent Customer Support and Service
ROLE: 1st Line IT Support Analyst
LOCATION: Tamworth - Currently remote due to Covid-19. Role to be office based when possible.
SALARY: GBP18,000 - GBP21,000
