Project Accounts Assistant required for a long term contract based in Tamworth. Your main responsibility will be to support the managers & directors in the financial administration of project accounts.

Main Activities:

Management of project hours against budget and inline with forecasts
Monthly reporting of project hours
Create purchase order requisitions
Record and budget supplier costs
Make and manage supplier payments
Manage Customer invoices
Chase outstanding payments from the customer
Raise alerts for missing payments from customers
Ensure the project accounts is in line with the cash flow
Provide monthly analysis/reports
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Accounts Assistant, with strong excel skills (VlookUps & Pivots). You must be organised and effecient at managing a varied role with the willingness to learn new tasks.
