Senior User Researcher urgently required to work on a 6 months + contract.

Location: Blackpool/Sheffield/Mancheser

You will be responsible to design and carry out research activities to develop an understanding of the citizens who use government's digital products and services. Also to share research insights to inform improvements to user experiences.

The ideal candidates will have experience in the below skill set:

  • Experience of and can apply basic user research methods
  • Align user research activities to inform decision making and action
  • Design services and make decisions to meet user's needs
  • Able to use quantitative and qualitative data about users to turn user focus into outcomes

Previous GDS experience working within Central Government (Desired)
