IT Service Delivery Manager Needed!
I have a great opportunity for a talented Service Delivery Manager to join a fast paced IT department, based in an amazing new office in Nottingham (remote working options are avaliable). You will be overseeing a number of Service Delivery tasks and ensuring incident, change and problem management processes are adhered to across the Technology department
Additionally, you will be taking ownership of ITILv3 Service Delivery Processes and helping to develop the wider technology strategy working alongside senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Strong background working within Service Delivery
- Certified in ITILv3 Practitioner or above standard
- Experience in delivering process service improvements
- Be able to demonstrate an awareness across infrastructure disciplines, eg, Office 365, Networking, Servers, Datacentre/storage area networks.
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Excellent inter-personal skills and confident working with senior leadership and technology teams.
- Highly organised with an eye for detail and a passion for documentation
- Willing to bring innovative ideas to the table and work effectively as part of a team!
