Interim Site Accountant - Pontefract - GBP42,000 - GBP50,000
Chase and Holland are excited to be working with a rapidly expanding organisation who are currently going through an exciting, sustained period of growth. They are seeking an experienced Interim Site Accountant for an initial 6-month contract. You will be responsible for all aspects of management and financial accounts for the site. This is a great role for a proactive, driven qualified CIMA/ ACCA Accountant who is seeking a new challenge and a role and company they can make real impact in during this exciting time of change.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
Monthly management accounts and detailed variance reporting for the site
Monthly cash flow forecasting
Annual budget preparation and rolling monthly forecasting
Foreign currency transaction analysis
Reviewing inventory transactions analysis
Monitoring and maintenance of fixed assets
Ad hoc projects and reporting
Supporting with continuous improvement, developing controls, processes and proceduresThe ideal candidate will be:
Qualified CIMA/ACCA Accountant
Solid experience in a similar role with the ability to hit the ground running quickly
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Able to identify and resolve any discrepancies
Driven and professional person with strong communication and organisational skills
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel - pivot tables, v lookupsIn return our client is offering an excellent and exciting chance to grow and develop in line with the growth of the business. A salary up to cGBP50,000.
